Job description:
• Layouts/visuals for both clients and print production. Redrawing of logos
Applicants must qualify according to the following criteria before applying:
• Must be fluent in CorelDraw
• Knowledge of vector artwork
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Must be target-driven
• Meticulously follow company processes, regulations and rules at all times
• Attention to detail is a prerequisite

• General knowledge of Adobe Packages, mostly: Illustrator and Photoshop

Procurement Officer/Buyer

Job description:
To contribute to the achievement of the business objectives by ensuring that Supply Chain and Logistics policy and strategies improve the competitive position of the Company. Contribute to the formulation of overall Company strategy and be jointly responsible for achieving agreed Company objectives.

Key Performance Areas:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage stock control and inventory function
• Investigate any inaccuracies and possible root causes
• Oversee and verify compliance with policies and procedures and any regulatory and operating requirements
• Manage the branch warehouse and distribution function
• Manage the warehouse schedule
• Ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and identify initiatives to improve KPIs without negatively affecting cost.
• Ensure smooth process of daily delivery requirements to head office.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping program on an on-going basis
• Ensure all loads are ready for Dispatch to load on time and in full.
• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
• Adhere to any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules

Key Skills & Experience:

Must have experience in managing staff and the ability to coach employees to work efficiently
Understanding of supply chain and exposure to running a warehouse
Knowledge of manual and automated warehouse systems
Ability to multitask, problem solve and make decisions independently
Attention to detail, strong organisation and planning skills
Knowledge of MS Office is a must! Advanced Excel skills
Embraces responsibility and accountability
Willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved at all levels
