Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, employment contracts, health and safety, administration, employment equity, disciplinaries and reporting, not limited to.
Job description:
• Keep accurate and complete labour information.
• Assist in overseeing entire administration of employee's life cycle
• Manage HR filing and other employee records.
• Assist in establishing EE/Skills development committee and compilation of EE
• Maintain up-to-date information on people movement
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports; timeous submission of payroll inputs.
• Recruitment and probation management
• KPI process and performance management - Monitor process
• Collation of reports

We are seeking to employ 5 individuals with outstanding planning and organisational skills, to help us facilitate and plan workflow throughout our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Plan and prioritize orders in production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand in each department
Monitor orders in production daily, to ensure that they will finish within the allocated time, and mitigate the risk of order delays
Plan the execution of all production-related work to meet customer demands as well as planned production dates.

Address issues with relevant department heads when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption
